Because these services involve time, expertise, strategy planning, and execution, they cannot be returned or reversed once initiated.


2. No Refund Policy

Due to the digital and non-tangible nature of our services:

  • All purchases are final
  • No refunds will be issued under any circumstances
  • This applies to all plans, packages, subscriptions, and custom services

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind
  • Lack of immediate results
  • Business closure or pause
  • Partial usage of services
  • Early termination of agreement

3. Unlimited Revisions

To ensure client satisfaction, we offer:

  • Unlimited revisions within the scope of the selected plan
  • Revisions are provided during the active subscription period
  • Requests must align with the original service agreement

Unlimited revisions do not include new services or scope expansion.


4. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel their subscription under the following conditions:

  • Cancellation must be made before the next billing cycle
  • Once canceled, no future charges will be applied
  • Services will continue until the end of the current billing period

Please note:

  • No refunds will be issued for the current or past billing cycle
  • Minimum commitment requirements still apply

5. Minimum Agreement Requirement

  • All plans require a minimum 3-month commitment
  • Digital marketing requires time for testing, optimization, and execution
  • For best long-term results, we recommend a minimum 6-month engagement

Canceling before the minimum period does not qualify for a refund.


6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first is considered a violation of this policy.

We encourage clients to contact our support team to resolve any concerns:

Unresolved chargebacks may result in service suspension or termination.

No exceptions to this policy will be made unless required by applicable law.
