This Delivery Policy outlines how services purchased from DigitallyStar (“we,” “our,” “us”) are initiated, delivered, and managed. By purchasing our services, you agree to the terms described below.


1. Nature of Service Delivery

DigitallyStar provides digital and virtual services only.
There is no physical product delivery involved.

Our services include, but are not limited to:

  • Digital marketing services
  • Local SEO & optimization
  • Paid advertising management
  • AI automation solutions
  • Social media & email marketing

All services are delivered online through digital platforms, dashboards, communication channels, and reports.


2. Service Onboarding & Start Time

Service delivery begins after the following are completed:

  • Successful payment confirmation
  • Completion of onboarding or requirement forms
  • Access credentials and required information provided by the client

Typically:

  • Service onboarding starts within 1–3 business days
  • Campaign setup timelines vary depending on the selected plan and service scope

Delays in providing information may impact delivery timelines.


3. Delivery Timeline

Digital marketing services require planning, testing, and optimization. As a result:

  • Initial setup may take 7–14 business days depending on service type
  • Ongoing services are delivered monthly as per the selected plan
  • Performance improvements occur gradually, not instantly

A minimum 3-month agreement is required to ensure proper execution and measurable progress.


4. Communication & Updates

We deliver services and updates through:

  • Email communication
  • Live chat support
  • Monthly or bi-weekly performance reports (based on plan)
  • Strategy calls (included in selected plans)

Clients are encouraged to stay responsive to ensure smooth delivery.


5. Revisions & Adjustments

  • Unlimited revisions are provided within the scope of the purchased plan
  • Revision requests must be reasonable and aligned with agreed services
  • Major scope changes may require a custom quote or plan upgrade

Revisions are delivered digitally and scheduled based on workload and priority.


6. No Physical Shipping

Since DigitallyStar offers digital services only:

  • No shipping, courier, or physical delivery applies
  • No shipping charges are involved

All deliverables such as reports, creatives, dashboards, and campaign access are shared digitally.


7. Service Delays

DigitallyStar is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Late client responses or approvals
  • Incomplete or incorrect information
  • Third-party platform issues (Google, Meta, email tools, etc.)
  • Platform policy changes or technical outages

Such delays do not qualify for refunds.


8. Cancellation Impact on Delivery

If a client cancels:

  • Services continue until the end of the current billing cycle
  • No future services are delivered after cancellation
  • No refunds are issued for completed or ongoing work

Minimum agreement terms still apply.


9. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update this Delivery Policy at any time.
Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date.
